New F-1 Visa after reinstatement denial

I have been an F-1 student in the U.S. since 2002. I have completed 5 semesters but was out of status because I wasnt able to go to school for one semester due to financial reasons. But now, my financial problems have been solved and I applied for reinstatement but was denied and I was given 15 days to depart the U.S and was told to get a new visa and return to the U.S. as a lawful f-1 student. My school has issued me a new I-20 form and I will be going to the U.S. consulate in Lagos, Nigeira to apply for a new visa in a few days. I just wanted to know what my chances are of getting a new visa since I have only 3 semester to go and I am already registered for next semester (fall 2005) classes. I need advice and if anyone has ever been in a situation like this or knows some one that has had a similar situation, I would really appreciate it if they could give me advice and shed some light.
