I would like to do a transfer, however, my new emploer doesn\'t want to get involed in my GC issue. My feeling is that If there is a RFE, I only need to show the new employment letter new pay stubs from the new empolyer.
The New company itself doesn\'t need to do much. Since
they should have given the new employment letter when they hire me. Am I right??? Or anything else may be necessary from the new company???
