My company has filed for my seventh year extension already based on the screenshot from the labor department which was filed on Nov 2003 and the 7th year extension got approved and is valid till july 2006.
In the meantime my client where i am working is offering me an full time position.
Is that possible to change my employer now and get my h1 transferred. If it is possible how do i get my eighth year extension. will i get my 8th yr extension with my new employer or Do they have to apply for labor immediately once i start working for them.
Also please let me know if it is possible to get the 8th yr extension , if the new company get my labor before july.
