New EB3 priority dates - what it means???

Hi everybody.

My case like many others was transferred from VSC to TSC on March 2 2007.
They send me a letter about speeding up the processing blah blah... When I spoke with my lawyer at that time I was told there were no visa numbers and I had to wait. New Visa Bullein gave new hopes. My lawyer said that they will give GC to those whose PD are up to cut off date which in EB3 category is now August 2003. What do you think about that, do you have any news from your lawyers?

U will only get your approval if your namecheck has cleared....
Check with TSC by calling them or by going for Infopass appointment to see if your namecheck cleared....
 
name check cleared...

thanx for the good words. i called TSC and was told that the name check has cleared on 02.03. i hope that everything will go well in may...
