How early can I apply for new EAD since the existing one expires in 5 months..
I want to apply in as advance as possible as I had lost one earlier and had to reapply
Since EAD processing time has reduced I think you can take a small risk and apply little late, since you have 5 more months I would say anytime from now and 90 days before your EAD expires. 90 before because if you do not get the EAD within 90 days you can get a interim EAD from you local processing center.
