Although I wouldn't trust the embassy in New Delhi (they have posted wrong info before) it is not improbable that India EB3 advnaces to May 1 2001. That is where almost all EB3 categories are stuck and India will also probably get stuck there. Hence there is no need for excitement for those that are past May 01. It may be good news for March-April 2001 PDs.

Lets wait for the formal bulletin for the real dates.

It seems that the "Iraqi Minister" works for New Delhi. I simply ignore everything the post there.

Although the cut-off dates is so negative that it follows the same pattern we have observed. EB3 world continues stuck.

So EB3 India moves 2 months but nothing happens for EB1/EB2 ?

Well, that bulletin is for May and it defintely is a typo. If it was for June, then maybe they released the information earlier.
