Nov 19 dates are on web

VSC still shows Jun 01, 2003; looks like it will be there for a while !
 
I am not surprised, there was a discussion after the dates of 6 months bounce and I said that they will not move dates forward for long time.

so, here we go.

I don't mind if they keep on approving ND after June 1st'03 without updating the processing time.

NSC: 05/31/2002-- No Change like us.

VSC: I-140 (EB3):09/29/2004 (Almost Current)
EB2: 11/26/2003 (Moved just 6 days, Why are they punishing them)
