The new processing time is out at aila. All the categories have gone forward. Hopefully I can call uscis within couple of days and check what happened to my I 140.

I am sorry to hear that kishore. The worst thing is not knowing whether they are even processing our applications. Looks like all the I 140's have been processed near our dates. Hopefully yours will get approved soon.

They is only 2 applications pending on my recieved date mine and Colts fan case

Cannot do anything ,whenever i initiate a query through senator iam hearing they are processing only feb 2004.

You better initiate an inquiry through senator
