In the latest report from NSC (March 15th) the new date for RTD is Oct 30 2003. The I-485 is still the same.

I have RD for the travel document of Oct 16, 2003 and per online status it was made available on March 12, 2004 (consistent with the new processing dates).
However, I haven't received it yet, so if someone can tell me how long should i wait before contacting bcis about the possibility that it might got lost it the mail, I would greatly appreciate it.

Based on my personal experience in the last six years, the average mail to recieve date for RTD is 7-10 days. I would wait till Monday, March 22nd and see.

I have received new green-colored TD and just wanted to let others know that i was correctly classified as a 'permanent resident' even though i had applied for a new TD only a few weeks before i was approved for PR.
hopefully they'll start accelerating processing of TD applications soon.
