If any of that information w.r.t. priority dates published on USCIS website uscis.gov is TRUE, then it would be FUTILE to have a National Customer Service Center.
Everyone would SIMPLY trust the website. Well now we all know WHOSE name check should be initiated. I mean a RECHECK.
I feel those FELLOWs working at USCIS should have their BACKGROUND checked, along with those at the National Customer Service Center.
