According to the CSC processing dates (as of 04/16, Dates they are processing is 03/06/02), yours is before. What is the your AVM says...

Mine is filed under EB-2 / RIR. Which one from the following, is my category?

Filed in Feb EB2 - no news

My case is under EB-2. The AVM message for me repeats the same thing (Your case will be processed in 30-60 days.. blah blah)
 
Still waiting. AVM still says INVALID number

   RD=March 6, 2002
   ND=March 8,2002
   AD= waiting
   EB2
 
My lawyer said...

They were processing February cases in begining of April.. Yesterday she said that they have speeded up the process and that I should get some response by the end of June... Let\'s hope they speed up even more...
 
but the latest CSC processing time report says 1/25 as of April 26...

c\'monsesa, I guess you meant EB-2. Do you think CSC didn\'t update the processing date in their latest report? Or your lawyer gave those dates for EB3? I hope your lawyer is right and it\'s EB2 :>)

EB3 delayed case

Does anybody knows what it is the procedure if your case is delayed more than 90days? I know about fax status inquiry, but I get the same answer: IO is working in my case....How long do I need to wait until I should ask for my status again?
