New CSC JIT, no change

Forget 485 .. Even 765 cases (EAD) did not move beyond 9/9 .. What is CSC working on ..

This is more BS from CSC!

Someone probably said hey everyone is out with their JIT except us! What to do? "Oh you know that piece of paper that I was using to rest my burger on, give it to those bloody lawyers at AILA. That will work" Who cares for these immigrants in any case!

Wrong! they claim it's 3/20, my AP case is wac03-128 rd 3/14, nd 3/17 - still not approved. i'll call them in the morning although i know that IIO would say to call after 60 days have passed!
 
They are working on EAD

I am sure I will be flamed for this one but nevertheless I will throw in my 2 cents.

It seems BCIS is working on something but just not updating the JIT. As per JIT, the EAD date is still 9/9/02; however my EAD filed on 11/15 has been approved.

So, I guess there is more to it than what meets the eye. :p
 
Have to agree with Rajma on that one on the EAD's but as far as 485 is concerned, I have my doubts. Haven't seen enough approvals to think the date has moved past 11/16 by much!
 
I think what CSC is doing is, they are deliberately not moving JIT, or otherwise tonnes of people will fax in valid enquiry requests. So now CSC can process on whatever case they want, as long as they keep the JIT constant.
 
How about the tons of phone calls and faxes they will receive for not moving the JIT? And the frustration and anger the immigration community feels not to mention fear?
