I have some confusion over new cp procedure. WHat have changed from the old procedure ? Do you have to send Packet III and IV to NVC ? what do you send it to NVC ?
What happened to old packet IV ? You still have to take DS230 Part I and II and sign it infront of counsular ? Don\'t you ?
