New CP...Pls help

Guys,
I just got my I140 approved and my lawyer chose CP during filing I140.Is there any way i can opt for AC140 by filing and geting the receipt of I824 ??

No need to file for AC 140

AC 140 is only for those who apply for AOS in their I140 and later want to change it to CP. Yours is already CP - so no need to apply for I-824.
 
AC -140 is also for CP.....

It is the general perception that AC-140 is only for ppl who mentioned AOS during 140 approval and then want to switch to CP.

New Delhi accepts AC -140 for ppl who mentioned CP during 140 approval. U have to enclose the 824 receipt however......
