Hi, I just started a DBA for my company in the US.
I was working in the US for 3 years under a H1-B visa and I left the US to start a company in Taiwan. The company is expanding to the US now, and I was wondering if I can sponsor my own H1B visa for myself?
What is the requirement for startup company to sponsor a H1B?
I have a 4 years degree, and I'm from Singapore (US-SIN FTA) so getting a H1B is not a problem. I was wondering if my company could sponsor a H1B visa.
