Planning to start a new company (either LLC or S-corp) on my friend's name, who may or may not be an employee. Have a client for obtaining contract (corp-to-corp) for this new company.
Will it be good to be on 1099 with the new company rather than being an employee of the company for better tax benefits. Please share the pros & cons.
