New changes at POE

First i am sorry for posting in this area, i thought you guys might have experienced this situation before.

My aunt has 10 years visitor visa. She was here last year for 4months (Feb20th and May 25th of 2004). She is planning to visit us again this month. My questions are,

1. Since she is coming here in quick session, is there any risk involved?
2. There was no US-VISIT program last year, and didn't have fingerprint at consulate in India, what are the things she need to be prepared at POE?
3. Please advise any other POE changes for Visitors since last year.

------No risk. I know friend's family who visit every year

2. There was no US-VISIT program last year, and didn't have fingerprint at consulate in India, what are the things she need to be prepared at POE?
------ Will be Fingerprinted at POE. That is all
3. Please advise any other POE changes for Visitors since last year.
------ None that I am aware of at least for visitors from India
