Need a quick help please.
I am on H1 and started a new corp along with my friend who is a GC holder. Both are investing for a 50-50 share.
Now while registering the corp. we have listed both as directors. I would only be a Passive investor. My Question is - where do we specify that i will only be a passive investor ( eg. like By laws ) as i have no intention on voilating my H1 norms and am only interested in investing in that corporation.
Also please suggest if by laws etc...can not provide this facility then do we have the Articles of incorporation changed in this regards....
