I got my greencard due to my citizen parents last January, got married last March outside US, and applied greencard for my wife last May. This April, my wife delivered a boy for me. Now, I wanted to apply for him, but I did not know how to. I heard about Following-to-join benifits, but did not know the whether he is qualified.
