New approval for my friend.

My friend just got the approval letter Saturday from NSC. He does not know too much about the process. He told me his attorney has done everything. He did not follow up too much. Here is the information I got.
Detroit
RD December 2000 (He does not know exact date.)
FP March 4 2002
AP May 4 2002

I do not know any more details so please do not ask anything more.
