new AP filing address... Please help

I lived in CA. My I-485 is pending at Texas Center for about half a year now. I need to renew my AP. According to the I-131 instruction, on Page 6, Sec. F, I should be mailing my application to Nebraska Center. However, I think it doesn't make sense because my I-485 is in Texas.... Did I misread something? Please share your suggestions. Thanks a lot.

I think EAD application has the same problem.. According to I-765 instruction, if an applicant lives in California, he/she should file EAD with Nebraska Service Center, no matter where his/her pending I-485 is...

Is this all what you guys did if you fall into this category? PLEASE advice! Thanks!!!!!
