New and "improved" USCIS Website - seems to have a BUG!

The new and improved USCIS website seems to have several interesting features including the ability to create a profile to receive status updates by email, a better user interface for processing times etc. They have also clarified when exactly you can call them for status inquiry and have a new FAQs section!
HOWEVER - the April 8th status report of processing dates look clearly incorrect as the I485 case date is now Jan 9th 2002!!! That's moved BACKWARDS from where it was yesterday at Feb 15th 2002. Lets hope this is a BUG and not a feature as all service centers have this date now for 485, which clearly cant be true??!! Although the update date has not changed from April 8th.

That's normal. You know for years, the polution level is going up until they have a new and it suddenly dropped by 1/3?

It's a bug.
It shows 1/9/2002 for all service centers but that date is CSC's.

Not only the I-485 dates. Entire processing times & dates are exactly the same for all service centers.

Does it mean we can get faster GC, because they know all the details about us during hiring process?

oh GOD,

I think USCIS will beat all time records of ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS of any country in this world for their inefficiency and poor systems.
US is now not GREAT, its MAHAAN.

It's a bug... unless... the workload has been distributed throughout the centers without regards to location of filing and the earliest date that is being processed (lowest common denominator) or an average processing date from all SCs was taken and posted...

Probably a bug though...

Looks like they corrected the issue - its back to Feb 15 02. They probably received many phonecalls!
