The INS has announced a new address to be used for the processing of mandatory AR-11 change of address requests. The new mailing address for all AR-11 filings (other than those by persons who are subject to special registration) is:

The Service notes that recently submitted AR-11s sent to the Washington, DC address will be forwarded by the INS to London, KY so they need not be resubmitted.
