New AC21 OR NOT Dillemma

Here is my situation:

I had GC (all components) filed through Company A.

Company A laid me off (after 10 months of filing I140/485 concurrent).
Joined Company B to work for Company C (as a consultant)

After joing company B, I got I140 approved and subsequently filed AC21.
DHS sent a interview schedule for my AOS application (few weeks from now).

Now, Company C wanted to hire be fulltime. Ofcourse, I wish to join co. C.

Question:
1) Do I need to re-file AC-21 again through another law firm (need to spend)?
or I do it myself (is it legal)?
2) As time is short, should I proceed with my current AC21 letter for interview and mention about company C's offer to the adjucator? Will there be any complications due to this ? How to face?

Pls. let me know.
Thanks in advance

I think you should file AC21 for C, as USCIS may end up asking and expecting papers from B and since you will be working for C, it is not going to create a very favorable situation..

You can do AC21 yourself..there is lot of good stuff on AC21 forum to aid you..
