New 140

Well... first my LC was filed by Co. A, after filing, couple of companies (including mine) got merged and a new company B was formed, My labor application had to be amended to include new company name and all the advt. etc... took time. Finally couple of months b4 my labor approval my co. was acquired by another co.
Now my 140 is filed by Co. C name

Well, glad to hear that you got approved. My LC got a NOF (notice of findings) saying that the newspaper ad was too restrictive. We explained how that was not the case and about 2 weeks later, it got approved. It definitely is a stressful stage, but since you have your own LC, that means that your I-140 will be easier to process since they do not have to try to match your skills and those of the person that the LC was filed for.
