Never received my I-797 and green card-- what do do?

i received immigrant visa and went to america 29th april 2009 but i never received form i797 notice of approval and my green card .This thime when i went on 16th april 2010 thinking that they will note down my address and send the green card over there .But they asked me to contact the us counseller .PLZ advice
 
i did complete all my formalities my status of the green card is also 'sent'.My brother and i did apply at the same time he have received his green card. What to do
For filling i-90 form they need a copy of i-797 which i never receive. PLZ help
 
Make an Infopass appointment to find out what happened to it -- was it sent, when it was it sent, was it returned to USCIS.
