When we filed LC three years ago, I was getting 55K. Lawyer has told us that my employer need to pay 65K after I get the GC. 65K is the salary they mentioned in LC and 140 as the prevailing wage. My 140 was approved and 485 is pending more than 6 months. Therefore, I am eligible for AC21. However, Still I am getting paid 55K only with my current GC sponsering employer.

Now, I am getting an offer in another State, with salary 70K. Both jobs are exactly same. I am planning to use AC21 (EAD), to accept this offer. Now my question is, as I was not paid PW with my current employer, will AC21 cause any problem?

Please help...
