hi all

i applied for 485 in texas service center. I went for my fingerprinting last year in houston.

Does it mean that my file also gets transferrred from TSC to local office in houston coz of my fingerprinting? this all congress man's office told me..

she also told me that it went back to TSC from houston office on Jan 20,2006..she doent know for what though...Question I have is does the final adjudication takes place in local houston office or TSC mesquite?

also geniuses pls tell me how u all think EB 2 INdia in april looks....
 
Lots of people have their FP done locally but their I485 cases are still in the TSC. It is not "never heard” but common.
