Never got fingerprinting appointment

Hello All,

I got a reciept in the mail on May 6th which mentioned I will be getting the fingerprinting appointment in the mail.I have not recieved anything yet.Looking at the posts in these forums looks like people have got it within 15days of thier reciept notice.
This is what I see online on my case status
On May 6, 2009, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice.This is a marriage based application(married to a USC)
Called the USCIS customer service and the recorded message has the same update as online.There was no option to talk to a customer service representative.
How can I find out whats going on? I am really worried now

Got a mail today

I got a mail today saying that I missed my fingerprinting appointment on 06/08 and that I have to reschedule it.I never got an appointment letter for that before.
They want me to mail the appointment letter to USCIS local office to get it rescheduled
Should I just go over to the office and do a walk in ?
I am just not sure how long it will take if I mail it again for rescheduling

Please advice
 
Can you please share how you handled this situation? I haven't received my finger printing appointment letter either and am getting a little worried. Appreciate your response. Thanks!
