i got EAD, AP. and FP1 on 5th august 2004, RFE ON 485 23rd 2004.
never changed my lud .
but once my case moved then changed my LUD on APRIL/07/2004 saying case moved to.....
i got EAD,FP in april 30th 2004.
------after that me and my wife have done fp1 on august 5th 2004 and only my LUD changed to ur case resumed..... and still my wife's messege was same like case moved to local office ........
i got 485 RFE at interview august 23rd,2004. i replied on 24th .BSCIS recieved on 25th august 2004.
to day is october 4th. it is almost 40 days after 485.
still they didn't update that they got RFE.
what is ur suggestions my friends please.
shall i take infopass and go or not??/
