Nevada SESA?????

We appplied for LC (EB-2 RIR) in the state of Nevada on the 13th of October. I have not recieved any official notice of reciept from the SESA as yet.(I am not talking about FedEx reciept)
Should I be concerned or will I get notice when the file is transfered to SF DOL?
What is the time frame for transfer to SF DOL at this time?
I am doing this process without a lawyer, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
NV SESA don\'t send Reciepts

NV Sesa will not send any Reciept. But if the case is Transfered to DOL will send the case Number to your lawyer and you will able to check the status of your case by calling SFO DOL AVM 415 975 4617 by entering case number or Employer Phone Number. A/c to the report now they are processing 07/01
Is your Case Filed in LV?
