Net Annual Income

Hi ,

My employer applied for the I-140. My attorney advised that the Net Annual Income information on the I-140 form can be kept blank. My employer provided the Gross Annual Income for 2003 and also the tax return filed with IRS as proof of financial stability.

Is it ok to keep the Net Annual Income information blank? If not, is there anything that I can do. Is htere a possibility of getting a RFE?

Any feedback is welcome.

My attoney didn't provide net income on I140 either. He said in my situation it was OK. And mine got approved without RFE. BTW, it seems RFE is a faster way to get approval. Don't panic.
