Hi ,
My employer applied for the I-140. My attorney advised that the Net Annual Income information on the I-140 form can be kept blank. My employer provided the Gross Annual Income for 2003 and also the tax return filed with IRS as proof of financial stability.
Is it ok to keep the Net Annual Income information blank? If not, is there anything that I can do. Is htere a possibility of getting a RFE?
Any feedback is welcome.
