Not yet- still says RFE issued on May 3. I sent my reply on May 11 that reached INS next day. RFE for W2 and paystubs.

My RFE case(I-140 due to company name change) still NOT be approved.
RFE sent on Apr. 9th, AVM updated on May 15th, still AVM(I-140 track) says "
this kind of case will take 30 and 60 days....."
Still suffering .

My message is still the same since it was updated on June 20, 2001. It was updated to saying that they have received the reply to my 485 RFE (I-140).

Guys

My 140 RFE, rd is 3/7/01 and WAC-01-123-.. not approved yet. I saw in 140 board that couple cases
with WAC-01-123 and WAC-01-124 were approved. I am not sure why my case is not taken up yet.
This makes me think that our RFE cases are not being taken up in the regular 140 queue. I am not
sure when they take it up. I am planning to talk to IIO this week. Let\'s hope for the best..

I cannot access I-485 AVM becuase I only have EAC number
(My case was transferred from VSC to CSC long time back)

Funny my lawyer didn\'t get an I-140 receipt notice for the I-140 application he sent early May 2001. But my 485 AVM was updated to say that they have received a response to the RFE on June 20th, 2001.

Did I miss a step? I thought that I should receive at least an I-140 receipt notice before my 485 AVM gets updated to message stated above.

Is there any other approach we could try ! Anybody spoke to IIO
about the RFE and whats the outcome ? read somewhere I believe there system does not have any updates on this ?

RFE 05/10/01(Date INS received reply)

AVM still says RFE sent on so and so date(In April)

Has someone ever heard of anyone getting approvals without update in AVM

I think most people will say AOS since you have the 180 days protection. But with the current slowdown in AOS processing, we should take a 2nd look at CP.

Finally mine got approved on 7/6/01. I just checked the AVM and got the news. Details

RFE Received 6/4/01
Approved on 7/6/01

It took INS exactly 5 weeks for approval from the date they entered into their system.
