Hi Everyone,
Got a ticket (4 points) from NJ State Police for 82 in a 65 zone. No traffic diversion program in the county, so I’m thinking of accepting a plea deal. My driving record is clean, and I really want to avoid points to keep my insurance low.
Should I send a cover letter asking for a plea deal when I mail in the not guilty plea? Or should I wait for the DA to respond?
