Needs Job website in US

if you do not know someone here or have some sort of "connection " don't bother coming at all .. all this job sites are just waste of time ..

craigs list is a joke .. full of scams and low paying jobs (less then 9 dollars per hour) or outright dangerous gigs such as azbestos refuse removal jobs etc

I'm ESKIMO BY NATIONALITY thank you for asking ... the reason why "I'm like this" its because your are "like that" ... just plain stupid .. and oh yeah I'm trying to save some time to a " man" cause he's gonna go bust ...in the USA ONLY WAY TO LAND A GOOD JOB OR ANY KIND OF JOB FOR THAT MATTER IS TO FORGE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE WHO IS POSITION TO EMPLOY YOU EVERYTHING ELSE IS A WASTE OF TIME..I.E. JOB SEEKER HAS TO DO OLD SCHOOL NETWORKING AND MAKE CONNECTIONS ...PERIOD ...CRAIGS LIST IS FOR LOSERS

OK I give you one shiny example how the things work in the US ...job wise ...I meet woman of IRISH DECENT - she is IRISH on both side of the family (both her grand parents came to US from IRELAND) .. she is born in US and never traveled outside of US
now get this ...SHE GOT THE JOB AS A PRINCIPAL IN NOT ONE BUT 2 HIGH SCHOOLS ...NOTHING STRANGE RIGHT ???...AND SHE IS MAKING ABOUT 120 000 DOLLARS A YEAR + BENEFITS ( HUGE ONES TOO)...ALSO NOTHING STRANGE THERE .. RIGHT??? ....you think OK she is well educated young person ...HER MAJOR AT THE UNIVERSITY WAS HISTORY .....THAT'S GREAT TOO ...RIGHT ???... SO I TRY SMALL TALK ON THAT SUBJECT WITH HER SINCE MY MAJOR AT UNI. WAS ART HISTORY/HISTORY ... AND WHAT HAPPENED ?????... SHE DOE'S NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HISTORY .. EVEN SOME VERY WELL KNOWN FACTS ARE COMPLETELY UNKNOWN TO HER !!!!...I CHANGE THE SUBJECT ..AT THIS POINT I THOUGHT MAYBE SHE IS PUTTING ME OFF ... SHE CAN'T BE THAT IGNORANT RIGHT??!!!..SO JUST TO MAKE A AWKWARD CONVERSATION CHANGE I MENTIONED THAT I TRAVEL A LOT AND THAT I BEEN TO IRELAND AND EVEN LIVED IN DUBLIN FOR COUPLE OF YEARS (I THOUGHT SHE WILL BE HAPPY TO HEAR SOME STUFF ABOUT DUBLIN) ...BUT THEN SHE FLOORED ME BY ASKING " AND DUBLIN WOULD BE ...???"....SHE DID KNOW WHAT DUBLIN IS AND WHERE IS ????..IMAGINE THAT ... CAPITAL OF IRELAND BUT SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT ... NEVER HEARD OF IT !! ..AND SHE WAS REALLY SURPRISED WHEN I SAID THAT DUBLIN IS THE CAPITAL OF IRELAND !!

MY POINT IS ... SHE GOT THE JOB OF A PRINCIPAL THROUGH FAMILY CONNECTION ...HER UNCLE WAS ON SOME BOARD OF EDUCATION AND HE ACTUALLY HIRED HIS OWN NIECE .....THAT'S HOW IT WORKS HERE DUDE ... THAT'S THE AMERICAN WAY HOW YOU LAND A GOOD JOB ...EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST BALONEY ....:cool:
