Hi there! I need your help, I'm helping my friend she marry a US citizen from Cali. my friend is now working in Northern Mariana Island as a contract worker but she is Filipina. They want to find out the right form to use and where to file her petition, note she has a daughter in the Philippines. The husband will file a petition for both the mom and daughter.
