Needed help on H1 stamping

Can any one help on H1B stamping issue.

I am currently wokring in US on H1, After I came to US on H1B, my visa expired and I got extension, then I changed my employer. Now I want to get my visa stamped, is it advisable to go to canada/mexio for my visa stamping? or do I have to go to home country for visa stamping (India)?

Also my wife was on H4, she got her H1 in US, and currently from past 8 months she is working in US, is is advisable for her to get visa stamped in canada/mexico or she needs to get it stamped in home country only (India)

Please advise.

Most of people who got the visa stamped from Canada/Mexico have a MS from US univ. If you do have then i believe you shouldn't be having any problem
 
Tahnk you for your reply but we don't have MS or any other education in US. so is there any other suggession or information will be appreciated.
