Needed Final help..decided to use AC21

Hi guys,

once again needed more clarification.

1)My job Tilte in ETA750 is Programmer Analyst...in my new company they are offering Software Engineer/Applications Development OR Sr. Software Developer/Information Products Support.

If the company is not willing to give letter with my title...is it ok!!?

If I add my title/their title like Programmer Analyst/Software Engineer...some thing like that....will be ok!!?

I have read several posts on the similar subject- are you talking aobut letter for EVL or letter written for AC21. the consensus seems to be to file AC21 letter with information citing job is same or similar and to list all job functions for new job which ar ethe same as you old functions. Many have had success by not actually mentioning theri specific job title. Obviously if that is requested by USCIS then you have to give it, but if you can avoid drawing their attention to the differnt title, then do this.

Thanks jacquelina...no USCIS didnt ask me anything..i am planning to change my job ..the company is offering the above tiltles.when i file my AC21...I need to sibmit the emp letter for that i need more clarification....thats it.
 
as another point- make sure the job descriptions you mention match the details listed on your LC as closely as possible. This way you can prove that although your title is differnt, the responsibilities are the same.
I am sure you will be fine, positions are very similar :)

Job title is not a big deal. What matters is job description which should be same or similar.
