I'm new in this forum and want to take this chance to thank all of you for the generous inputs in this forum.
I'm dv209000AF41XXX winner currently living in usa with F1 visa.
Five years ago I married my wife traditionally, I had to give my inlaws 7 cows, 2 goats and other pleasantries to cement our relationship.( no paperwork to prove this).
When I filled the initial electronic lottery I included her as my spouse (she was then living in Kenya).
During the general elections in Kenya late last year hell broke loose when her family was displaced by political unrest ( we come from different 'enemy' tribes).
To cut the story short to date I cant trace her whereabouts.
Now how I'm I supposed to deal with this issue? Will KCC disqualify my case now that I dont have an official marriage certificate?
Any body with a suggestion please?
