Need your suggestions to have a good sleep

I filled my green with my company at the end of July 2002. Since they have a registered office in Delaware, they filed my labor in Delaware. When I asked them about the status of my labor they said it’s been on process. But I am not really sure whether my application is still in process with Delaware SESA or it’s been transfer to Philly DOL. When I asked them about my receipt date (or) priority date, they said there was no such thing given at Delaware SESA. I want to know the answer for the following questions

1. Dose Delaware SESA office will give a receipt date for labor filled?
2. In case if I want to trace my process what are all the information I need to ask from my company?
3. How do I trace my labor process?

For your information, I have one friend in Delaware and luckily his home is just half a mile away from Delaware labor SESA office. I asked him to enquiry about the current processing date. He asked them and told me like there are currently processing August and September application. In that sense, my case would have been transfer to Federal. If so,
1. Do my attorney get any notification regarding this from INS?
2. How could I know whether it’s been moved to Federal or not?
3. In case, if it is moved to federal then what are all the thing are required to trace my labor. (i.e. what are the thing I need to get it from my attorney)

Please give me some clear idea to handle this.

Thanks in advance.
