My dad is over 50 years old and has more than 20 years of experience as an engineer. I'm thinking he can apply under the EB2-NIW preference. What do you think are his chances?

To have a lot of experience doesn't say anything about chance in NIW. You have to explain in more detail about the qualification of your dad.
