HI All,

I recently contacted senator and she got the information from USCIS that

"My case is with the adjudicator and USCIS will take 2 weeks or a month to take a decision".

Did anybody got the same response????

What can i expect from USCIS to follow through from the above response

I got the similar reply but is been 45 days since then. May be you get to be lucky.

Contacted Senator 05/13/2002, was told my case will take approximately 30days.

As the senator's office for me told me to contact after 2 weeks to check again.

No I haven't I am waiting from date change. My case is of 02/22/03 and I want to wait till INS changes processing date.
BTW which senator have you contacted

But in my opinion, you can still contact the senator, am i right??

If not, contact the local congressman also.

There is no point waiting and waiting....
 
I contacted Frank Launtenberg. I am going to wait till the date changes because CIS must just say they are processing 02/15/2002. You never get a straight answer from them.
