Hi All,
I have a few Questions for everyone here:
1. Is it OK to Change employer after 180 days of RD? What would be risk, if any? Do I need to tell INS (will have same address)?
2. My wife's AP and EAD have been taken 160 days and still no approval. I called INS today and the lady couldn't release anything unless she is sure my wife is with me at that moment. Is this the normal rules of INS?
