Hi,

My Labor certification was filed in Aug 2001 and state Labor was cleared in Jan\'02. It was sent for federal on 15th Jan\'2002. Could any one please tell me that what would be the priority date for my federal case. will it be 15th Jan\'02 ( The day it was received in federal) or would it be Aug\'2001 ?

I think PD should be August 2001

I am new to the process but what I think PD is when your application is received in Local SESA.

Has your case been certified by the Feds?
