Hello All,
I shall be highly obliged if you could provide me some information . My current situation is like this ::In my previous company which is a BioTech company , while working there, last year my EAD got approved , 1-765 approved , 180 days of 485 was over before i got laid off but unfortunately my 1-140 was not approved by then. I got laid off in April 2004 .Although i had my EAD Card that time but i never used it , i thought company would withdraw my 1-140. So i continue to work on H1 visa in a different company. But just after 22 days of my laid off in May 2004 suddenly I recvd an email from INS that my 1-140 got approved . Today i have recvd FP notice. Now please tell me in a situation like this .......Can INS invalid my 1-140 or 485 or entire GC process? Can they give me a hard time during interview? Can my previous company withdraw my 1-140 at this situation? Please suggest me what should i do now? Please send me your valuable information to help me.Thanks
