Hi,
My RD is in sep 2nd week. From monday I am changing my job, because of market conditions. my employer also accepted last week, but now he is asking my Resignation letter. Is there any problems I quit myself.

Since I got paid vacation for 4 weeks,
What if I take vacation and join new company?

I don\'t think they are going to inform INS, because he promised me.

Do not Resign.....

My idea is do not resign, If your employer is so co-operative, ask them to layoff, you can avoid some future problem.....
