Need your help! Laid Off!

Hello All,

I was recently laid off. My details are
EB2/VSC ND is Aug\'2000. I had just completed my 180 days before I was laid off. I have my EAD but I have not used it so far.

Can someone please advise me what I can do in this situation to retain my Green Card? Are any of you in the same situation as I am?

Also, would appreciate if any of you could help me by giving me some job leads or name of recruiters/companies I can talk to because I am not getting any responses because of the current market situation. Would really appreciate your help.

If you are already laid-off, what other options do you have other than finding another job? And hope INS will be OK with it as 180 days have passed since you filed I485.

What kind of job are you looking for? What are your qualifications? Where are you based? And are you willing to relocate? You need to give all that information if anyone out there wants to help you.

I am in the same boat as you are. Before you leave wait for the INS guidelines. There may be a problem with moving to another location. You labor certification was done for a particular location. - Just a thought.
