Need your help about Filing H1 with multiple employers?

I am currently in OPT which is expiring on May 2006. Can I file mutilple H1s simultaneously under two employers? Because the second employer who is filing my H1 has project which is starting up on December. But I got an other project through the first employer and they filed my H1. But I want to go with the second employer.

so please help me whether could I file mutilple H1s simultaneously under two employers?
