Hi,
It's the same old story. I got my GC in the last week of october. Now I got pissed off with my employer and said I'm quitting by this month end. He swear that he'll make sure to revoke my GC and sue my middleman and client if I continue to work with the client. Now the questions is
1. Though I know he can't do anything with GC still I need your advise and precautions before he does anything bad.
2. My middleman do have non-competence agreement with my employer but I don't have any agreement with middleman nor employer. Does it mean can I work for the same client thru' some other vendor? Now the client is trying his best to keep me there.
3. Is there any good reason for me to sue the employer?

This is serious for me and so guys do respond with your advise.

NB: I know it's place for AC21 issues but believe somebody will have good advise for me. Pardon.

if there is no non-compete agreement then you should be fine.

generally employers try to scare so with these kind of threats so that they can keep u there for more time and make more money out of you.

questions for you?
1. while working for ur employer. do all w2's match the YTD gross in paystubs? if not you can also scare your employer by complaining IRS. IRS would be very interested in jerks like these.
2. how big company is your current employer and vendor?

Thanks jambalakadi. Answers to your questions.
1. W2 is fine.
2. my employer got 30 to 40 employees. vendor got 300 to 400 people.

Question is, vendor not in a position to take risk by hiring and putting at the client place (fear of legal action). I'm wondering if I join some other vendor and work at the client place means breaking the non-competence agreement.
