I am in currently in H1B and valid till June 2006.
Due to health reasons I am in India for the last 2 months.
My company has terminated last week due to long leave.
I am planning to enter to US in another 2 weeks time. Will there be any problem during the Point of Entry (or what documents I require, during my entry).
Also I have valid EAD till Nov 2005.
Please help me to know the procedures.
